Allergy Asthma
Asthma is not always allergic!
It can be brought on by exposure to cold air, stress or infection. But environmental triggers such as Pollen, Dust Mites and sensitivity to particular foods can cause Allergic Asthma which is what we are looking at here.
My own allergic asthma began in childhood and involved food allergies.
