Alex Newell aka “Allergic Alex” had allergies since infancy and this site www.allergyremedyinformation.com comes out of his interest in health and self help.
Alex studied and graduated in Physics from London University, England. After teaching in Community Colleges for many years he started training in Natural Treatments and Remedies and when qualified opened and ran Swan Clinic of Natural Health.
Now retired from his teaching and practise Alex spends his time happily researching and writing about Natural Remedies and lifestyle. He is the main writer for “Allergy Remedy Information”

I think that allergy is a very individual symptom and has to be worked out by each person. One person may get sufficient help from vitamin C, another may need Quercetin too. Others may need gentle herbs like Butterbur.
I’ve spent some time doing a research study in a clinic that used injections to neutralise allergies – other Doctors use under the tongue drops but I think such an approach while useful for dealing with symptoms does not help the individual become allergy free, just symptoms free.
